PATHETIC SERVICE

Netflorist doesnt even deserve one star. I had ordered from the mothers day options to send to my mom who is in another city. they respond to say one of my goods cannot be delivered because it is not on the mothers day catalogue, to which i respond with a screenshot of the item on the catalogue, i then called and was told that its a mistake on their side as they did not add a code for it. they are unable to deliver anything else in its place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE DELIVERY! AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCED ISSUES WITH THEIR SERVICE. No matter how many adverts you hear of them on the radio, I will never recommend using this pathetically run business
