Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 31 of August 2019. I had also done an immediate payment for the funds to reflect immediately. Today is the 6th of September and I have not received my goods. When I called I was told the funds did not reflect however there was an immediate payment done. I was also told by a lady I would receive my goods by today. However there has been nothing. I've heard of horror stories about Net florist but I never taught I would be a victim of it. Pathetic.
