Pathetic service

Very disappointed with the service from netflorist. I ordered a gift for my mum the delivery details said the 24th of April before 8pm. I tracked the delivery status and it showed out for delivery since the morning but nothing arrived. If you can’t keep to your delivery promise, we deserve proper follow up. Will never use netflorist ever again!!
