Pathetic service

I ordered a gift for my mother on mothers day and only one item was delivered the delivery guy Sibusiso said he must've given my other item to someone else and he promised to reimburse me nothing was done I spoke to a agent Hope who said her manager will contact me before COB on Monday its already Thursday and still no contact has been made nor have I received my money back for the item that was not delivered this is pathetic service I am very disappointed and will not recommend the company or purchase from them again
