Pathetic Service

Absolutely disgusted with the service

Firstly I placed my order in advance and the option for priority delivery was not given to me it was grayed out

Secondly my order has been out for deliver since 8:18 am and it is now 16:53 and still no delivery

I spoke to Yanga on the chat service and was told that the driver has multiple deliveries. How many hours does it take to deliver flowers?

Today is my wife birthday and the entire surprise has been ruined thanks to Net Florist
