They should advise you to order for the day before the occasion, because clearly they cannot deliver on time. Pathetic service. Call centre is useless cannot advise where driver is and when to expect delivery. The day is done and they arrive with your Birthday surprise. Most expensive unsatisfactory service. Wish I never bothered.
