Pathetic service

First and last time will I ever use Netflorist, they promised to deliver goods on valentines day to my wife but they were a no show. I've phoned them twice today aswell as thrice yesterday, the only response I get is that my order is out on delivery, it's been out on delivery from yesterday 2pm. According to netflorists terms and conditions, if they cannot deliver, they would call the recipient to make an alternate delivery date and time... till now neither my wife nor I have been contacted by netflorist. Wasted my money with them.
