Pathetic Service!!!

The service at Netflorist is VERY bad.. I had told myself I will never order from them again since my last which didn't end well and I had to request a refund. I gave them a chance and this is definitely my last. I don't know why they put things on their website which they cannot deliver. I was expecting my delivery on the 04th December 2020, today is the 07th and I have not received my parcel yet. It doesn't get better, it only gets worse...
