Pathetic service

<p>Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. Flowers never arrived. Phoned them to follow-up only to be told it was delivered to another address. Asked to speak to a manager and they promised they will phone back. They never phoned.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned them again the next day only to be told I must go collect the flowers myself at the address where it was incorrectly delivered. WOW !!!</p>
