Pathetic service

<p>I ordered a birthday present to be delivered in Secunda on the 25 October for 28 October. NetFlorist was very quick to take my money from my credit card. On Fridat RAM called the receipient and advised they on their way. Today when I followed up, they will only deliver tomorrow, which 1, was not the agreement with Net Florist, 2, was not communicated with me. Paying R70 for a delivery is ridulous in the first place, if you can not deliver in Secunda, then why accept the order and take my money. I am very disappointed in the service received</p>
