Pathetic service

They don’t even deserve a one star rating. Today is me and my wife’s 2nd year anniversary she thought of surprising me with a bunch of roses, which did the exact opposite and ruined our anniversary. She placed the order at 9:30 this morning, on their website it states that if an order is placed after 12pm the delivery time will be between 1pm, yet the order was placed long before 12pm and was delivered to my wife as she drove in to the business park at 4:15pm to fetch me from work. First of all, anyone with commonsense knows most companies closes at 4pm. So the roses weren’t delivered in time and then when we called to lay a complaint and request a refund we get told that they will email us a voucher for the value of the delivery fee only? Seriously? We must settle for the delivery fee when our whole anniversary is ruined. We will never even use you again. What an excuse of a company and customer service. Pathetic!!
