PATHETIC SERVICE

Bad bad service. Could not claim points though my purchase value was more than R400. Item ordered was not available and instead of AT LEAST BEING ASKED to add an alternative they delivered a meaningless gift without the item I had wanted. PATHETIC SERVICE! You could have rescheduled the order so it was full. I don't want credits I want my money back.
