PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered a fruit & nut crate with a "get well" balloon and personal card. The crate was delivered with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY BALLOON and a generic card! I was SO embarrassed!!!! When I laid a complaint with NetFlorist I was told that the driver might still have the said items with him! I am NOT paying for the driver to keep the items with him OR for NetFlorist to deliver the wrong items!!!! AND I feel that NetFlorist is *****ing my money by sending a generic card when I paid R39.95 for a personal card!!!!

If this is how important my order is to NetFlorist, I will definitely not be supporting them anymore!

Pathetic!
