Pathetic Service

I ordered a tulip arrangement for my mother for mother's day. I specifically checked for something that is available in Port Elizabeth. I paid my order just to receive a phone call to say oh sorry they don't do the tulips so now how do you advertise something that is not available. I was then advised that they can replace it with lilies no thank you as she does not like lilies. The best of all is I now need to wait 3-5 days for my money to be refunded. This is pathetic service. How can you expect anyone to wait 3-5 days for their money for something that you advertised. In convenience me with my order and again with my refund. I will never buy from you again.
