pathetic service

I am so unhappy. Before my anniversary I ordered a present for my husband and asked that it would be delivered on our wedding anniversary. They delivered it the next day. I did order it in time. They apologise and it was over. 3 Weeks ago I wanted to surprise my husband the same day. I scrolled all the categories to find something that could be delivered the same day. I made sure I order it early. The never delivered it that day. I complain and they send me a email: it could not be delivered. We tried to contact you but cant seem to get hold of you..... I rep**** with a additional tel number (my work landline) and told them they could email me as well. Guess what: never got back to me. this is pathetic.
