Pathetic service

I was very embarrassed this Valentines day as the order I placed with Netflorist was not delivered to my wife for Valentines day.<br> I requested that the order be delivered on Saturday the 13 February and it was not. I called Netflorist on Saturday and the lady said that the order is out and will be delivered. This was not done.<br> When i called on the 14 Feb, i was told that the delivery was not done as there was no one at home, this i totaly untrue as i was at home the whole day. The lady kept me on the line for 24 minutes and then told me that she is arranging for delivey and will call me back. After over an hour i had no call back so i called Netflorist again and the lady by the name of Kamo started to tell me that there was no one at home, therefore no delivery. I asked to speak to her supervisor or manage and was told that there was no such person on duty. I asked her what the managers name was and was given a first name and she said that she did not know his surname.<br> I was shocked at how pathethic the service is at Netflorist.<br> There is no accountability and no remorse for the embarrassment they have caused me for their pathetic sevice<br> YOU CANNOT COUNT ON Netflorist
