Pathetic service

Firstly I would like to say this is my first time placing and order with them 2 orders <br> <br> 1 for delivery today and the other for delivery tomorrow <br> <br> The order which was to be delivered tomorrow was taken off my account twice.<br> <br> I called the first time was put on hold for 18 min and 45 sec <br> <br> Called second time , the lady put the phone down <br> <br> Called the 3rd time ask for a manager , they put me on hold for 5mins and 6 sec <br> <br> Called the 4th time and to be told he manager is busy and was called by my name when I did not give her my name , so I have already been discussed and the manager knows exactly why I'm calling and refuses to speak to me.<br> <br> Called the 5 th time , spoke to a guy called Craig who was very helpful cancelled it for me but I was told I need to go to the bank for a statement as proof I explained , I have a 6 week old baby the reason, I am doing this through you is because I cannot get out .<br> <br> Finally the manager Cazley speaks to me and was extremely rude initially but has know said she will refund me.<br> <br> What goes on there , your staff need to be trained they have no idea how to treat customers , they are rude and ***********.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
