Pathetic service

I've ordered a personalized gift from netflorist, however when they delivered they sent the correct goods, how with the wrong personalized details. This is not the first time that they have given me the incorrect order!!!! I've called and asked for this to be rectified n I was told I need to wait till Monday to get it nd for refunds they first need to get the "gift" from me before they refund my money.

For a service that they providing this is pathetic
