Pathetic Service

Absolutely poor service!!! Placed an order on the 13 June 2019 for Delivery on the 15 June only to be called on on the 15 June and told that you will not be able to deliver on the 15 June and will receive my order on the 16 June, between 07:30 & 12:00. It is now 15:30 and I am yet to receive my order. This was not a regular gift and rather a father's day gift. I'm actually appalled by the standards you guys have set by not delivering according to your promises.
