Pathetic Service

Your service is pathetic. A friend ordered a gift for me supposed to be Delivered Thursday. Friday they arrived after I left work. Said they'd deliver it today. I'm still waiting. No one knows where the driver is and now you're refusing to give a refund. Previous complaints of my own on other deliveries stuffed up of my own have also never been responded to. Your service is utterly disgusting. This being the umpteenth time your company has messed up I do not think I will be using your over priced products and services again!!!
