Pathetic service

It was my grans 83rd birthday on Saturday . An order was place for the personalized roses in magical day photo vase .The order to date has not been received and net florist have made no effort to contact me in this regards . I am disgusted with the pathetic service received thus far and will definitely not be placing any orders from them in the future .
