Pathetic service

I ordered the above to be delivered yesterday. The balloon was not delivered with the teddy, chocolates and champagne. Secondly, when I called to follow up why the balloon was not delivered the lady says the driver forgot to take the balloon. They will deliver it later in the day plus I had to hold for 10 minutes. I call back to follow up on the delivery of the balloon cause it was late... Another lady tells me the balloon will be delivered tomorrow.. Really now??? After the person birthday that's a bit ridiculous then she puts me on hold for another 10 minutes.... No call back I took the matter to NetFlorist Facebook page and all I got out of that they are sorry and will be sending the balloon after the person birthday

My delivery was for the 16th and instead of sending something else to the recipient cause the birthday as pasted they send a happy birthday balloon on the 17th.

It would be my first and last time using there services.

Please make sure if you are using NetFlorist to check with the person you gift that everything is in order and the recipient receives everything you have paid for.
