PATHETIC SERVICE

The service is pathetic. ??♀️, I ordered a gown with sleepers for my friend for his birthday, the gift was not delivered on the day, no communication was made with me. When I phoned I was told that, oh no mam we did not have stock but we will deliver tomorrow and give you our complimentary gift (Biltong). Today the gown was delivered without the sleepers and the biltong. I phoned, they said they are bringing them, now I received the biltong without the sleepers. I mean, doesn’t one check the receipt if it corresponds with the passel before releasing the driver????? One can not fail to get one order correctly more than 3 times. I will never refer anyone to Netflorist and I will never use Netflorist as well. I mean one would think highly of such a reputable company. My Oder number is ********** 05. I told them that I will be expecting the sleepers not later than 15:50 as I am knocking off at 4. It was 15:50 yet my parcel had not yet been delivered
