Pathetic Service

i called on Monday 30 Nov to place an order Ref no ***, first Ntombi captured the wrong order, then she placed 2 orders after telling her its going to 1 person, eventually after 15 min of holding and waiting the order was placed. I then checked the order via their website and discovered that only 2 orders was captured instead of 3. I called back and spoke to Dudu who advised me all 3 will be delivered but at different times, like really now huh...Anyway, i got a call from my mother thanking me for the gift, got home just to find out that the wrong order was delivered, the lillies and 2 boxes of nuts, instead of 1 box of nuts and the large box of chocolates, who orders 2 boxes of nuts ?????? i need this mess to be sorted out TODAY !!!! its not my fault that the wrong order was delivered, i want the chocolates to be delivered today, or i will take this further coz i paid for it....!!! I am LIVID !!!
