pathetic service

Order placed on the 10th of November,order was paid and confirmed for the 16th November. But to my extreme horror I get a phone call,telling me they do not deliver to my area on the date of delivery.<br> Why I ask was this not specified initially when order was placed,after all area has to be confirmed. The answer is we do not have florists in the area. I am absolutely disgusted and so ****ed off now, this a very special day for my family member.
