Pathetic Service

Extremely disappointed with Netflorist as I needed a gift delivered to a friend in hospital today. The order was placed yesterday afternoon and it is still not delivered tonight. I tried tracking my delivery and the website has been saying "in transit" every time I checked. Eventually I tried calling the call centre and they are not available as it is not business hours so I emailed but received an auto response. This is the first time using Netflorist as I am in KZN and my friend is in JNB but I will never use them again.
