Pathetic Service

I ordered my mother's birthday flowers at 9am to be delivered same day delivery. I got an email at 16:30 to say they could find the address. when I called to enquire about this email, I was told the driver couldn't find the address which is *******, I told the consultant to onto his gps and locate my address and tell me he cannot find it. he admitted he could find the address and so I asked him how could his driver not find it. I never got a call from anyone to say they are lost. I asked for a refund as delivering the flowers on Thursday defeated the purpose of the exercise and I was told I would not get a full refund as the flowers are going to be delivered on Thursday. (I ask the consultant what would the point be as the driver didn't bother to call m e so what makes him believe the flowers will be delivered on Thursday if they can't supposedly can't find my address?

So I wait today, this time with a twist, they ask for my mother's cellphone and hang up. I get an email 5 min later to say they couldn't deliver her flowers again and they will be delivered tomorrow (reason: address cannot be found)... I call the land line number that had previously called me and I'm told they tried to call me but I kept dropping the phone, ******* cause no one called me.

I don't deal with companies that lack integrity or honesty. NEVER EVER USING YOU AGAIN!!!
