Pathetic Service

It is absolutely pathetic service from Netflorist, an order that I placed a week ago for delivery today still has not reached my boyfriend.

Valentine’s Day is almost over and my boyfriend still did not receive his delivery. I even called through to the call centre, waited for 21 minutes for my call to be answered, only for the *********** call centre agent to tell me mam your order can even be delivered at 20:00pm in the night.

This delivery was for a place of business!!!!! Who works till 20:00pm in the night!

I will never order from Netflorist again.

This Valentine’s Day was sentimental for me as it’s the first Valentine’s Day I am sharing with my boyfriend- Netflorist has ruined this day which I will never get back.

I will be using Woolworth’s the next time and I will definitely pass this message on to my friends.
