pathetic service

I ordered and paid on the 20th and they said they will deliver in 48 hours but to this day, I have not heard anything from netflorist. I have been calling to track my order because the online system status has been on referred since I ordered, each time I call I get a different story. at first, they said it would be delivered Friday at 2pm then Wednesday they said 1:30pm and until now there is nothing. Today I called they tell me it is out of stock. What pathetic service they give! The least they could have done is update when I first ordered. I am waiting for a refund now because the gift is useless now. the birthday went past and I even had to buy something else.
