Pathetic Service!

I placed an order, added the delivery address and made payment. To my amazement, i received a call the next day informing me that actually they could not deliver to that address. I then requested for my R700 to be returned and was told i had to wait up to 10 days! 10 days have passed and have heard nothing! In other words their system is very poor and partner with Florists who do not want to go that extra mile. To make matters worse, my money is bearing them interest as it sits in their account! I will never use Netflorist again and will make sure i pass on the bad word
