pathetic service

This is in regards to a mothers day delivery, disgusting service, the item was delivered at 6 30 at night 9th may, the order was completely wrong but quite strange how the card was correct, what was delivered was a dirty pot plant, looked quite bad it was not a rose pot plant and the chocolates was missing and the mothers day teddy bear was missing, aswell as a mothers day ribbon that i paid extra for was missing. <br> <br> Then i phone there call centre, they apologize and said on the 12th of may they will deliver the proper order, today is the 15th of May i would like a refund of my money and they can come pick up there R20 pot plant.<br> <br> Order Number ***
