Pathetic service

<p>I placed an order on Netflorist and sepcifically wrote that my husband leaves at 15:00 , can they please deliver before then and what happens when i phone at 14:20 , they say that the order is number 29 and the driver is only at number 8..... totally disgusted at the service .... you definately donot keep up to your moto. I even phoned in the mornming to let them know that he goes home at 15:00 yet they still mess the order up . This has ruined the day . and the surprise. This is not the first time this has happened . We previously ordered something for my dad and like what happen today the same thing happneed then . i just thought it was a once off however it seems like this is becoming a norm with Netflorist .</p>
