PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>Netflorist is well known for the same day delivery on orders places however this is not the case. This slogan is total bull****. I place two order the same day on 21 February for delivery on the 22 February. The one order was only delivered the late evening of the 22 February. The second order to this day im still waiting on delivery. When i called netflorist on the afternoon of the 22 Feb to follow up on my orders i was told that the order will be delivered that same day but on two seperate deliveries. The service you offered me was unprofessional and unacceptable. The orders were a gift for someone special on their birthday. I will never ever use your services again. </p>
