Pathetic Service

<p>i orderd a simple box of chocolates from Netflorist on 13 February, the internet said earliest delivery is the 14 February, the delivery was not done on the 14th, why would i write a Valentines day msg if it wasnt going to be delivered on valentines day? I called on the morning of the 15th to change the delivery address as my husband was not at wrk the next day, it us now 17:06 pm and the delivery still hasnt come, the site says its delivered but we haven't received anythin, who is going to pay for the countless calls i have made to Netflorist and moat if all where is my delivery??? Totally disappointed, if you cannot make it to meet requirements notify us so we cn make other arrangements its my first and last time that i will ever use this pathetic service!!!!!</p>
