Pathetic Service

<p>I bought some flowers online and got offered a coupon if i give any 3 birthdays which i did and 5 minutes later received an email confirming my discount voucher. The voucher had an option to spend immediatetly and when I tried that it didn't offset, then i called their call centre and a lady called Thando said to it takes 24hrs before i can spend it and I told but the email has an option to spend immediatetly then she spoke to her supervisor and she then changed the story now to say the minimum amount i spend has to be above R250 after the discount and she couldn't tell me where is that written because its not anywhere on the T's and C's.</p> <p>She then said Leonie asked me to send it to her which i did, no acknowledgement no nothing, I'm still waiting for feedback.</p> <p>I've never seen such a pathetic service, I wish I could meet the owner of Netflorist</p>
