Pathetic service

On 27/02/2015 I placed and order on line to (Order No: ***/Order Item No. ***) to have flowers delivered at an Inanda primary school which happens to be one of the drop down options for delivery areas. This was for my mother's 51st birthday. I then followed up this morning only to be advised by a lady named Nadia that Netflorist does not deliver in township areas. I find this rather disturbing as:<br> 1. I had to follow up, nobody bothered to call and inform me.<br> 2. Inanda is an option as one of the delivery areas online.<br> <br> A 51st birthday only comes once...I am utterly disgusted at the way Netflorist handled this. Needless to say
