Pathetic Service

I ordered flowers yesterday morning at 9:45am for same day delivery. I waited till 5pm yesterday and still nothing!! I asked our security guard to wait till 6pm and still no delivery. No call, nothing!! The driver arrived this morning with the flowers saying that he got lost and could not find the place because he is not the regular guy for this area. I have left 4 messages for a supervisor or manager from Netflorist to call me and still no one has bothered to call.<br> <br> NETFLORIST's service is pathetic!!!! Don't ever use them!! They are very unreliable!!!!
