Pathetic service

Ordered flowers for my wife for 14 feb 2015. The flowers were dead on the tips, literally black on the ends and looks disgusting. Definitely not worth the money spent. Recommend no one uses this pathetic company in future. I know I won't !!!!! Disappointed customer
