Pathetic Service

I have 1st ordered from Netflorist in December a personalised gift after several mails and delayed deliveries. I never received my parcel but however did get a refund.

I ordered a 2nd time In Jan for someone's birthday and they did not deliver. I was very upset that my friend never got her gift on the day. Service is really pathetic.

Do not order from the company you will only waste your money, time and end up dissapointed like ME!!
