Pathetic service

So after paying for roses a specific card and Ferrero's and spending almost R1000 i received broken roses not the correct card or chocolates and this is not the first time that we receive such pathetic service from Netflorist. And this is not free as it was payed for thank you for ruining a birthday!!!!!PATHETIC
