Pathetic "sameday delivery" service.

i placed an order with Netflorist on 20/11/2017 @10:00am for a delivery to be done in Braamfontein. The parcel was only dispached late in the afternoon, i called in & an agent put me on hold since the parcel was with the driver to call him to find out how far is he. The driver then said he is in the CBD and should be done around 14:00. I called back again at 15:30 since no delivery took place & they called the driver again who now said he is stuck in traffic. 16:15 i called and had to cancel the order since it was now pointless and the agent assisting me apologised and PROMISED delivery for today 21/11/2017 by 12:00noon the latest. it is now 15:30 and when i track the parcel, it has not even dispatched. i want to cancel and get my refund. Never fall for sameday service from Netflorist.
