Pathetic Roses !!!!!

<p>ordered roses in a vase at the cost of R400 via netflorist and the roses looked nothing like what I saw on the website , I'm so furious coz this is the second time that this has happened. the delivery was to newcastle and I was embarrassed!!!!! I need a refund or go and deliver a better bunch !!!!!! I believe you guys at netflorist are using flowers for sale from newcastle . how can you deliver such pathetic flowers ??? I paid R479!!!!!</p>
