Pathetic - *******

I put my valentines day order in on the 3rd February and it STILL hasn't been delivered. One CANNOT get through to them either by phone, their chat line facebook or E mail, they simply refuse to respond. I have no choice but to drive to their premises personally to find out what's going on. They did this to me a few years ago and this time it"s the last straw....they will NEVER do business with me again
