Pathetic rather close down your operations

I placed and order an paid in full on the 30th September for the delivery of birthday gifts on the 15th of October. In the morning on the 15th I. E the actual delivery day I get an email stating that they have issues with printing. I was advised that the gifts would still be delivered today... At 18:45 the gift was not delivered and I was told that the driver broke down and that it will be delivered tomorrow.. I pay for the service so that it can be delivered on the special day not the day after... This was my first and last experience with them.
