Pathetic quality and service

I ordered some thank-you gifts for my team and the personalised Parker pen sleeve box was such poor quality it was falling apart. One of the personalised candle jars was broken. I sent numerous emails to them with photos and no reply even spoke to an agent on their site's chat box and was promised a refund but still nothing. I will never use them again!!!
