Pathetic product and customer service

The service and product I received from Netflorist is shocking. I purchased a bunch of flowers and the bunch that was delivered was not remotely close to what was advertised. It was much smaller and the flowers were wilted. I have emailed the query to them 3 times and I have not received any feedback. I will not be using their service anymore.
