Pathetic, Pathetic and Pathetic

Ordered gift , paid for it and yet no delivery. When phoning in to query, I am told there is no such order. But I can proof that payment was received, includes the order number. Sent a mail with all the details and no response from anybody as yet - no mail or phone call. To top it they are not the cheapest either. Very very disappointed. Instead of spending so much money on the radio adds, they could spend it on their processes and staff.
