Pathetic - Non Delivery

I ordered flowers for my Fianc?e - (Soon to be wife in few months) for Valentine's Day and wanted the flower arrangement and gift package to be delivered to her work on the 12th of Feb. <br> <br> I had a special request for the flowers to be delivered early morning and they were not delivered..<br> <br> Then called twice to find out status of my delivery and they said they will be delivered.<br> <br> Still no response from Netflorist as to why the the delivery was not delivered. There is absolutely no excuse in the world for failing to do what you advertise to do and get paid to do.<br> <br> You can now keep your flowers and shove them you know where...<br> <br> I want my full refund immediately coz you are pathetic.<br> <br> Once my full refund is done.. I will never do busy with you because this is not the first incident with you but it surely is the worst possible time of year to mess up..<br> <br> Clearly you have such disrespect and disregard for your customers seeing as to how many failures you have done in just one day.<br> <br> Pathetic-- disappointed-- disrespectful-- no regard for others-- shut yourselves down coz you don't care.<br> <br> Don't bother anymore..
