Pathetic Netflorsit

Will never be using netflorist again. Cannot deliver as promised. My Fiance and i ordered flowers for her mums birthday and so Netflorist offered next day delivery which was going to be on her birthday and it would have been such a great surprise. Now instead, Netflorist cannot honour their commitment of next day delivery we look like the fools who could not send her a gift on time. A waste of money and time in my opinion. The whole point of it all was so that she receives it on her birthday and it makes her day special. But Netflorist has ruined that. From now I will be buying my own things and taking it to it's location myself. Never using Netflorist again. Absolutely Never. They should be refunding people for this kind of ridiculous service.
