Pathetic NetFlorist service

I have ordered numerous of times from NetFlorist and I have never received such pathetic service!!! I will be sure to remember this for work functions…

There was no need for your delivery services to be rude and lie!!!! If the flowers & chocolate was not going to be delivered I would have appreciated the honesty!!!

This is completely unacceptable!!!! Valentines day is done and dusted and the delivery person still has the audacity to want to deliver withered flowers & melted chocolates this morning???

Your incompetence and being dishonest about delivery has been noted.
